To that end the Nomad begins with a high quality leather strap mated to solid brass bars for weight (which will also take on a beautiful patina over time).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe try to make sure all the finish details are attended to, and every leather strap is hand beveled to give it the end look it deserves. These Nomads utilize solid brass binding posts and fastening hardware, either snap or button head stud. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe snap head works better on stiffer leathers and the button well on more pliable pieces. In either case, as the leather is worked and it softens the closure system becomes easier to manipulate.
